A working farm of 10.5 hectares (25.94 acres) located in the vicinity of Guarumal,  Querevalo, district of Alanje in Chiriqui.

   New pasture was planted in October 2011, and 32 steers will be move to the farm in January to fatten up and sell.

   The farm was divided into 9 fenced sections for intensive feeding and maximum use of the pasture.

   This farm is located 8 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Playa Barqueta, and 25 minutes from the city of David on a paved road, it has access to the ocean at the back of the property. There is a drilled well that provides water for the cattle and potable water for domestic use, also power lines run along the road, with a large transformer near the property.

   The potentials for this property are many. To name a few, a launching ramp for boats at the back of the property, where fishing, kayaking or nature tours could be done.

   Future projects could be to build on the fron section, subdivide, sell lots and build homes for people who wants to keep their boat where they live, and still run the cattle.

   The owners are in  their seventies and want to sell soon.
