This farm consists of 100 (247 acres) hectares, it has a deed and it is situaded in Arosemena, La Chorrera, Province of Panama, at an elevation of 140(460 feet) meters above sea level. Due to the fact of the elevation and the nearest to Gatun Lake, and the rivers that crisscrosses the property, it has a cool year round breeze which makes the area very agreeable even at noon hours.

It has panoramic view of hills and valleys nearby, and the view to the Gatun Lake. The land consists of gentle sloping hills with hardwood forests, jungles where wildlife thrive, open areas for cattle grazing, swamp areas and a mountain called la Colorada.

The farm is easily accesible by a perfectly paved road that is 17 kilometers from the Pan-American Hwy, then turns into a rocky dirt road and finally leads into 1 kilometer long dirt road to the property. The farm has 3 rivers with abundant water that crisscrosses the farm at several points, it also has pure freshwater springs. The farm is located 1 hour west of Panama city, the area is peaceful, secluded ideal for an eco-tourism project.
