We will customize your tour of Panama City’s premier neighborhoods and real estate developments.

Private Real Estate Tours

• City hotel or apartment pickup at 8 a.m.
• Half-day tours are approximately 4 hours
• Full-day tours are approximately 6 to 7 hours.  On the full day tours we will stop for lunch. Clients pay for their own meals.

Mountain and Beach Real Estate tours can be arranged based on availability. Please inquire if you are interested in visiting any of these areas.

What you can expect:

• In depth summary of living, retiring, and investing in Panama. We start with giving you a “Welcome Packet” which consists of a brief introduction of our company, information on banking, law firm and insurance to get you familiar with the real estate process in Panama.
• Guided tour through Panama City real estate listings and surrounding neighborhoods.
• Packet summary of the places you have seen; the information you’ve learned and Real Estate advise for any future purchase you may consider.

Prices

• Half day city tours: $159.00 per person/one location.
• Full day city tours:$199.00 per person (15% discount available for groups of 2 or more).

Additional Services:

Panama Casa Realty offers airport transfers to and from Tocumen International Airport.

• Pick up /drop off at Tocumen International Airport.
• Our driver will greet you and take you to or from your hotel or apartment in the city.
• Cost is $35.00 for 1-2 passengers. Cost for each additional passenger is $10.00.
